MENGWI MANDALA WISATA

MENGWI MANDALA WISATA is located on the west part of Taman
Ayun Temple, Mengwi and is about 15 km in distance from Denpasar. The complex is completed with : Wantilan ( Hall ), artshops, open stages. Information Desk,Restaurant,Parking Lot, toilet etc. Mengwi Mandala Wisata in one of places of interest in Bali built by the Government in 1974 functioned as tourist information, on the Balinese art and culture.
This complex is also completed with a museum called “Manusa
Tfadnva Museum” in which visitors can see display of the Balinese
intnal process called “Manusa Yadnya” starting with blessing ceremony given to six months old fetus inside the mother’s womb, newly born baby, 42 days old baby, 3 months old, 6 months old, coining of age teens, followed with tooth-filing ceremony, wedding, cremation and “Memukur” (the following ritual after cremation) completed with the cremation tower and the coffin called
“Lembu”).
